In a total production and usable area of 5 500 m ², housing our 30 high-tech injection molding machines with a clamping force ranging from 35 tons to 800 tons, we produce one-component and multi-component design and functional parts for the automotive and and technical components market. An important part of our production is the assembly line for kinematic parts.
Injection technologies
Besides one-component molding we are able to ensure following molding technologies:
- multi-component moulding
- varnish and galvanizing compatible plastic parts
- insert molding
as well as the folowing processes:
- conditioning (supplying the necessary moisture to the plastic parts)
- consecutive surface flocking
- ink transfer
- ultrasonic welding
- hot stamping
Assembly
In our assembly line we complete assembled and sub-assembled units manually, also semi and fully automated processes.
Tool maintenance
In our plant we provide maintenance, preventive maintenance, small repairs and alteration of the molding machines.
Further molding technologies, product and process development and tooling are provided by our german parent company Minda Schenk Plastic Solutions GmbH in Esslingen and by our affiliated companies Minda Schenk Plastic Solutions Sp. z o.o. in Bydgoszcz, Poland and Minda KTSN Plastic Solutions GmbH&Co. KG. in Pirna, Germany.
